| Employees dealt with: michelle, renee very unprofessional and rude treatment from the service manager. I've a lot of problems with my 01 325 and have to unfortunately deal with the service manager a lot. She had shown much frustration as if I'm giving her troubles, forgotten that she is there to solve customers' car problems in the best interest of the customers. |
