| Employees dealt with: David Grauer- Sales person, Tim Gadamski- Sales manager Beware. Big time bait and switch. Had me sign over title and then increased the price $1,000. Sales manager never even bothered to return my calls. No manual in the car either. Never bothered to return my calls on that either. Complaint filed with BBB and BMW USA. |
