| Employees dealt with: Frank Diconstanzo Brought my car in to get serviced for the 10k interval. Come to find out they did not do anything and worse off they didn't tell me any of this! So at 22k miles my engine seized and they won't cover it now. Thanks IRA for the big bill I have to foot now. My fight isn't over yet, but I have to put a new engine in on my dime (initially). |
