| Employees dealt with: Thomas Hallet- service manager, `Ernie` service person My major complaint is that this dealership has twice told me that expensive problems that have occured with my 2004 Audi convertible would not be covered under warranty. The first problem eventually was but I had to file a civil complaint to force them (the dealership) to take care of this problem. The second problem just occured so it looks like I will be going back to small claims court to file another complaint.
The treatment I have received from the `service` people has been deplorable. They are very disrespectful and condescending to me, perhaps because I am a woman? I would NEVER recommend that anyone purchase ANY type of vehicle from this dealership. I have had NOTHING but problems with them since the first day I walked in there. Who needs to spend money on an expensive vehicle to be treated like trash?
